Located in Poughkeepsie, New York, The Harriet Tubman Terrace Apartments is a comfortable and well-maintained, community-managed apartment complex, subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. We have 200 units and offer 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments as well as ten apartments that are ADA compliant for individuals with special needs. A Vision for Our Community
The Harriet Tubman Terrace Apartments is the joint responsibility of members from two churches in Poughkeepsie, The Smith Metropolitan AME Zion Church on Smith Street, and the Poughkeepsie United Methodist Church on Route 376 which make up an independent non-profit board of directors.
